Since 2013, we’ve been part of BHL, which has given us a wealth of experience processing volume claims. Our expertise spans across a raft of claims, including serious injury, motorbikes, and wider legal services, means we know more possible roads to resolution.

Investors in People - Platinum

Commitment to our people and culture is recognised through our Investors in People Platinum accreditation.

This was awarded on a first-time application and places Minster in the top 2% of the 8,300 UK firms holding an accreditation, with Platinum accreditation held by just 70 companies (0.8%).

ACSO member

A not-for-profit organisation that represents the interests of consumers in the civil justice system.

Minster is a founding member of ACSO, a not-for-profit organisation that represents the interests of consumers in the civil justice system. We engage positively with policymakers, regulators, industry and the media to ensure a sustainable justice system.

Everything we do is centred around creating better customer outcomes. Through working groups, Minster has actively engaged in lobbying the PI reforms, supporting the interests of vulnerable road users and ensuring the new LiP portal is customer-led.

Spinal Injury Association

We’re proud to be a business member of the SIA and to be part of the network they are building to support people with spinal cord injury.

SIA is the expert guiding voice for life after spinal cord injury. For fifty years, SIA have been the UK’s national association for people with spinal cord injury, their families, professionals and organisations in the SCI community.

Headway

We support Headway, the brain injury association, and can be found in their solicitors’ directory.

Headway is the UK-wide charity that works to improve life after brain injury by providing vital support and information services.

Association of Personal Injury Lawyers

Some of our solicitors are accredited by the not-for-profit organisation, The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers comprises about 3,300 personal injury solicitors, barristers, academics and students. The association was founded in 1990 by a group of barristers and solicitors who wished to improve the services provided for victims of negligence.
