Thomas Maxted

Senior Serious Injury File Handler
Background

After completing my LPC in 2008 and graduating from my masters (LLM) with distinction in 2009, I joined Minster Law in January 2010. I am a file handler with experience dealing with claims of varying value and complexity. Although my experience is predominantly with personal injury claims arising out of RTAs, I also have experience dealing with EL/PL cases. In the past, I have also specialised in dealing with cases where fraud or dishonesty has been alleged by the Defendant. I initially qualified as a Legal Executive in 2016 and then qualified as a Solicitor in 2018. I am now a solicitor working in the serious injury team at Minster Law.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

Obtaining and analysing evidence, researching case law, formulating arguments, and most importantly getting the result for the client.

What are your personal interests outside of work?

I try to spend as much time with my young family as I can. When time permits, I like to follow football, read up on history, and watch films.
