Marcus Taylor
My background
As a seasoned business leader and general manager, my career experience spans numerous industries, from leisure, to car hire, to insurance and legal services, with the common thread through all of my roles being high volume customer centred products and services. Having been closely involved with most aspects of car insurance and claims servicing since 2001, I am well placed to lead the evolution of Minster Law’s product portfolio.
What I do
My role is to create and execute the product vision; developing strategies and solutions that enable the operation to deliver the required level of business effectiveness and customer satisfaction. This entails working closely with members of the executive and senior leadership team to define exactly what we want to be and do as a business, and then supporting the teams in achieving these goals.
Being a hugely ambitious business, with a real desire to wow our customers and partners, a key part of my role is to look at new ways of doing things, and assessing emerging innovations that may support our business and customer aspirations.
The best part of my job is
My job has many great aspects, if I were pressed to pick just one element that I enjoy the most, it would be stretching the boundaries of what is considered possible. The world around us, and in particular technology, is evolving at a fantastic rate, and harnessing this to be able to improve our business propositions and our customer journeys is fantastic.
