Background
I have thirty years’ experience is specialising in dealing with serious injury cases and fatal accident claims. I initially worked for a small firm in Lincoln dealing with all aspects of civil litigation, including serious injury claims and cases of clinical negligence. This enabled me to gain invaluable experience in dealing with a wide range of law. I qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1994 and, since then, have dealt exclusively with serious injury and fatal claims. This is primarily road traffic accidents but also includes employer’s liability cases and public law claims. I have settled numerous high value cases, including some involving catastrophic injuries.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
Helping clients achieve the best possible settlement and assisting in their recovery, and resolving cases as pro-actively and promptly as possible.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
My two children take up most of my time and I enjoy spending time with them. However, when I get the opportunity, I am a long-suffering Lincoln City supporter and enjoy going to matches.
