Background

I have been in motor claims for 21 years, with a blend of experience in both defendant and claimant organisations. I joined Minster Law in February 2023 and was appointed as Volume Claims Director effective from January 2024. I am responsible for the delivery of our key customer and operational objectives within the Small and Fast Track departments. I have a passion for building robust relationships with our partners and for the standards we set in our quest for ensuring the levels of customer service are nothing but the best within the legal services sector.
