Background
I have worked in personal injury since 2017 and I have dealt with a wide range of personal injury claims including injuries from road traffic accidents, highways claims where accidents occurred on the roads/verges and pavements, slips and trips and accidents at work. I have worked on behalf of employees, drivers, cyclists, pedestrians, passengers and drivers, protected parties and children. My experience working in a variety of areas of personal injury claims has enabled me to deal with a wide variety of accidents and novel situations where accidents have occurred, and serious injuries were sustained as a result of the accident
What are you most passionate about in your job?
I love working in personal injury and being able to help client’s who have found themselves to be injured from an accident that they were not to blame for. I enjoy helping them along their personal injury journey and explaining the processes to them in a way that they can understand. I take great pride in securing for my clients the damages to which they are entitled to recover and I take great joy at the end of their claim knowing they are happy with their settlement. I find this part of my job very rewarding, and my trust pilot reviews speak volumes for this. Having a good relationship with all my clients is particularly important to me because when I understand their needs and fears I can then provide them with honest advice on the progression of their claim.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
I love travelling, I’ve been to lots of different places across Asia and Europe. I also love the theatre and music festivals. Spending time with family is very important and I love my garden and allotment.
