Our specialism in serious injury is supported by access to top medical experts and rehabilitation providers at the cutting edge of rehabilitation technology; and unlike many firms, we fund the cost of these experts, and do not ask clients to contribute. 

We offer a family liaison service to support the loved ones of our clients in the early stages of a claim following a serious accident. Alongside this, we can support with a range of additional legal services – including employment and property law – to meet the client’s broader needs should further issues arise.

We’re here to provide financial stability for our clients from start to finish. Unlike many law firms, we can provide funding pre-settlement and secure the effective and specific treatment clients need, where necessary, throughout the entirety of the claims process. We’ll work hard to secure interim payments to cover the cost of medical treatments and lost earnings so clients don’t have to worry about financial burdens. We work under BTE policies, which means we don’t charge clients for our work. We go beyond this with no shortfall costs to clients.
