Investors in People Platinum 2020
When you join the team here at Minster, you will be joining a company which has been rated platinum for its investment in our people.
We were awarded our platinum status by Investors in People (IIP) in 2020, demonstrating our commitment to high performance through good people management and a strong company culture. A ‘platinum’ award has only been given to 0.8% of the companies who have taken the IIP assessment and we are incredibly proud of achieving platinum accreditation on the first attempt. Within the first year of our platinum status we have introduced a lot of improvements to make Minster an even better place to work. You can learn all about this here.
We foster a culture of openness, trust and mutual respect, which is underpinned by strong values created by our colleagues. You can always make your voice heard and make meaningful change at Minster, whether that be for the good of our colleagues, customers, partners or community.
Our focus as your employer will always be about supporting and investing in your professional and personal growth. We have an in-house learning and development team dedicated to designing and delivering bespoke development programmes as well as relationships with external providers to support professional qualifications.
