Our award-winning service culture is driven by meeting and anticipating customer needs
With 20 years’ experience, we support over 1.5 million insurance clients across the UK
With a shared purpose, we can have a more positive impact on the people around us.
We fight for what’s right for our customers, even when the path is not easy.
The difference between what is difficult and what is possible lies within our own resolve.
We help local charities and communities in Yorkshire through our partnerships, funding, sponsorship, fundraising, and volunteering. Our CSR starts with our colleagues, who shape what we do and which charities we support.
We encourage collaboration because it helps us provide a better service to our insurer partners and their customers. It’s why we’re the partner of choice for many established motor insurers and brokers.
Our team of 500+ colleagues offers a rare combination of expertise, with the capability to manage volume claims and provide unrivalled specialist advice about catastrophic and life-changing injuries. To better meet our customers’ needs, our support extends to working with specialist rehabilitation and legal-council services.
We’re proud to be recognised for setting new standards and treating people well.
