We’re here to help guide you through a process that can sometimes be confusing and difficult to understand. If you’d like to talk to us about something specific, have any questions about your claim, or even want to raise an issue with us, please get in touch.

CUSTOMER SERVICES

Existing customers should always check recent communications for the direct details of the person or team dealing with their claim, as the number on the right will be unable to assist with any specific claim enquiries.

You will have a direct contact number or email address for your file handler or the dedicated team dealing with your claim. You should check your previous communications with us and contact them directly.

If you have a question, our frequently asked questions could also help you find a quick solution.

Please have your reference number to hand if you call us. Lines are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

Calls are charged at your standard local rate and may be recorded for training and monitoring.

    General contacts

    Please be aware that we’re currently introducing a new phone system, and there may be slight interruptions to our service on the 17th December 2024 and 10th January 2025.
