We were awarded our platinum status by Investors in People (IIP) in 2020, demonstrating our commitment to high performance through good people management and a strong company culture. A ‘platinum’ award has only been given to 0.8% of the companies who have taken the IIP assessment and we are incredibly proud of achieving platinum accreditation on the first attempt.

In 2023, we were re-awarded platinum accreditation by IIP for the next three years. Our most recent reaccreditation highlighted our strong and visible strategy and objectives to succession planning, the positive values that underline our talent mapping, our colleague-led equality, diversity and inclusion approach and flexible working practices.
