Candice Watson

Serious Injury Associate
Background

I completed my Law Degree in London and was called to the Bar at the Inner Temple in 2009. I am also registered as a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. While in London I worked at a Criminal and Civil Law firm assisting with cases of serious criminal activity and actions against the police. I have also worked on a pro bono basis dealing with Immigration, leasehold disputes and youth offending. I moved back to Yorkshire and started working for the Minster Law in Wakefield in 2008.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

I work within the Multi Track Serious Injury Team at Minster Law dealing with clients that have suffered serious and life changing injuries such as limb amputations, brain injuries and multiple orthopaedic fractures. I ensure my clients are my priority. I endeavour to make sure I am easily contactable, and my clients understand each stage of the process whilst obtaining the help and rehabilitation they deserve. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and obtaining the best outcomes possible for them.

What are your personal interests outside of work?

I love horse riding, running and going for long walks with my husband and dog.
