We’re pleased to announce the finalists for the next award category ahead of our annual awards ceremony on 10 November!
Being creative means that we think differently and use technology to innovate. Our Creative award category recognises those employees who think outside the box in order to benefit our clients, partners and other colleagues.
Madeline Jones is described by her peers as an “asset to Minster Law”. Currently working in the First Response Unit (FRU), Maddy is supportive, committed, driven and creative and continually pushes performance within the department. She also recently became an internal technical coach and has created new incentive schemes and organised workshops as well as innovative coaching that has improved the morale and quality of work within the unit.
Also from the FRU department, Nicola Parker is in an integral part of the leadership team. Nikki has led various projects focussed on improving engagement, reward and recognition, and since implementation of the initiatives, engagement scores within the department have increased by almost 20%, demonstrating what can be achieved with her passion and drive!
Emma Peel works tirelessly to welcome new starters into the business, provide induction training to new recruits and ongoing development support to our internal colleagues. Emma is positive, engaged, hardworking and determined and always fulfils her role with a smile on her face!
As a keen supporter of our intranet, Orchard, Tim Shaw regularly writes informative and entertaining blogs for other colleagues to enjoy. His blogs have even inspired other colleagues to blog too, which has helped make Orchard a business-wide success.
Finally, Mark Dixon-Mersh is described by his colleagues as someone who “always thinks outside the box”, with a passion for contributing to the business – and helping other colleagues – where he can.
Well done and good luck to all of our 2017 nominees!
