Alex McBride

Senior Serious Injury File Handler
Background

I studied at the College of Law, Chester, and have worked with claimants and assisted with personal injury claims since 2012. I qualified in 2014 and now work in Minster Law’s serious injury team. I assist severely injured claimants with accidents at work, public liability claims and road traffic accidents.

What are you most passionate about in your job?

For a seriously injured claimant, pursuing a claim for injury and loss can be a very difficult and lengthy process. My role is to make this process as easy as possible, and to ensure that the injured claimant gets the support they need, from the earliest possible stage. Even for the most modest of injuries, claimants deserve proper representation and I find it most rewarding to assist claimants, when they are at their most vulnerable, through this difficult process to ensure that receive the proper care, attention, and advice to secure the outcome that they deserve.

What are your personal interests outside of work?

Golf, football and spending time with my family all keep me nicely entertained outside of work.
