As Chief Executive Officer, I work across the business to ensure that Minster delivers our strategy and financial plan, delivering the highest levels of service to our customers and partners at all times. I’m a champion of innovation, committed to leading the team at Minster to develop new product and service propositions that provide excellent customer outcomes.
