We’re delighted to not only be shortlisted once – but three times – in the Investors in People Awards 2020, which celebrate organisations and people that make work better.
Our shortlist categories include Employer of the Year: Platinum, Best Newcomer and Learning and Development and winners will be announced late November.
Debra Cuddy, People Director said: “I’m thrilled we’ve been shortlisted for all three categories we entered, and that Investors in People have once again recognised our commitment to our people and making Minster Law a great place to work.”
Earlier this year, Minster Law was awarded platinum status by Investors in People. This was our first application and was a huge achievement which marked a phenomenal start to our Investors in People journey. Only 32 companies were shortlisted in the awards in the north of England and with three shortlists in the Investors in People award categories, it really shows we’re an organisation that is performing up there with the best.
It’s our colleagues who make Minster the great place it is, who together with great leadership, foster a culture of openness, trust and mutual respect. We’re committed to continue to empower our people through great leadership and investment.
“We’ve achieved a lot as an organisation and are so pleased we’ve been recognised at a national level. We’re looking forward to hearing the results in November.”
Shirley Woolham, CEO said: “I’m delighted that Investors in People has recognised us in their prestigious awards which is a testament to our colleagues and leadership community. We’ve received some fantastic feedback from Investors in People, who have recognised our strong culture, clear business direction and our innovative learning and development strategies, which engage our people to develop on a professional and personal level. Whilst our award shortlists signify some great successes, the journey doesn’t end here and our commitment to our people will see continuous improvements to ensure Minster continues to be a great place to work.”
