Minster Law, the leading personal injury law firm based in Yorkshire, has won rehabilitation initiative of the year at the 2018 Post Magazine Claims Awards.
Picking up the award at the ceremony, held in London on 21 June, Shirley Woolham, Chief Operating Officer said: “We are thrilled to win this prestigious award against some very stiff competition.”
Back to Biking is a unique project which aims to get injured motorcyclists back on the road after an accident. It is often the case that riders lose road confidence after an accident, so as well as recovering from the physical injuries, it is equally important tat they have the opportunity to recover mentally, and that is where Back to Biking comes in.
Shirley said: “We know how important being on the road is to our motorcycle clients but understand that psychological issues can have a major influence on a rider’s willingness to return to motorcycling.”
“We’re really proud to be able to offer the Back to Biking programme to our motorcycle clients and are delighted that the initiative has been recognised by our peers.”
