Background
I have considerable experience with high value and complex serious injury claims including brain injuries, amputation, and fatal claims. My particular area of expertise is in Schedules of Loss and quantifying cases, assisting and running high value cases ranging from £3 million to over £20 million. I employ a meticulous, thorough, and pragmatic approach to all my cases, taking a holistic approach considering the need for rehabilitation to help my clients achieve their goals. I am a member of APIL and have been described by Counsel as ‘meticulous in case preparation as demonstrated by the detail included in the witness statements and schedules of loss that she drafts. Her knowledge of the facts impressed everyone and the Schedule of Loss she drafted was of the highest standard’.
What are you most passionate about in your job?
I am motivated to achieve the best results possible for my clients and deliver real improvements to their quality of life, including obtaining interim payments to ease financial hardship as a result of their accident; helping to set up appropriate rehabilitation and assistance; and achieving goals such as returning to work as appropriate.
What are your personal interests outside of work?
I am a keen cook and gardener. I enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends.
