If you have any concerns over the retirement of YourCase you should contact your file handler.
What if I don’t download my data before the retirement date?

Minster Law retains your data for seven years to ensure that it complies with our regulations. So we can provide a copy of your case data should it be required.
What should I do if my case is on YourCase?

If you need access to any of the data or documents in YourCase past the retirement date, you should download your data and store it securely before the 31st January deadline.
Why is YourCase being retired?

YourCase will close on the 31st of January 2023 due to its replacement service INK being responsible for all new customer cases online.
