Minster Law celebrated recently when 24 of their employees passed the Diploma in Personal Injury qualification, with 14 gaining a Distinction.
The Diploma in Personal Injury qualification is delivered by MASS (Motor Accident Solicitors Society), a key association for Personal Injury and accredited by the College of Law. As part of its on-going commitment to employee development, Minster Law sponsors all non-qualified Managers and Senior Managers, to provide them with an enhanced technical understanding of Personal Injury law.
The Minster Law team celebrated the excellent results achieved by the graduates, with a glass of champagne at The Biltmore in York. They were joined by Craig Budworth, MASS Chairman, who shared his thoughts about the graduates, “I know how hard this group worked to get such great results, it’s a very demanding course, so a huge congratulations to them. I think it’s fantastic that Minster Law make such an investment in developing their people. It’s good for the business, the people and ultimately it benefits those injured in accidents, as they are provided with the right legal support and expertise.”
Katie Jarvis, Senior Manager for Learning & Development, is very proud of the graduating team, “The results certainly surpassed my expectations with 14 Distinctions in the group. I felt it was something worth celebrating, and wanted to reward to the team for their hard work, so it’s been great to raise a glass together with our Directors and give them a huge round of applause. I’d like to thank Craig Budworth for joining us and saying a few words. He not only helped to entertain everyone, but reminded us all why we’re here, and why these qualifications are so important.”
A major employer in York and Wakefield, and winner of the CILEX Employer of the Year Award for 2012, Minster Law are committed to working with and developing talented people, offering comprehensive and tailored development for their 800 employees.
